Get your property on the market only after we're sure your property shows correctly. We provide you with outlines of what you need to best prepare your property to be placed on the market. |

Before we put your property on the Multiple Listing Service, we promote it via state-of-the-art computer/email/fax communications to the top area offices. Then we follow up with regular mailings. |

| Type up, or worse, hand-write a "highlight sheet" for your property. |
We utilize our in-house design department to create a feature sheet with a color photograph of your property. |

| Throw a classified ad in the paper. |
We mail to every potential buyer each month. In addition to this we utilize, our telemarketing staff to locate any interested party. Once identified, a meeting is set to pre-qualify ALL potential buyers. In addition to this we utilize the CCIM STDB website to identify potential business users for commercial properties. |
